MemoryHub is committed to maintaining and protecting your privacy. This privacy policy applies to your access to and use of the MemoryHub.com website (“Website”) and services owned and/or operated by MemoryHub (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Website or by using our Service, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"), which sets forth which personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") we collect and how we use the information so we can continue to provide excellent service to you. This Privacy Policy uses (and is governed by) capitalized phrases that are defined in the "Rules of the Road" (terms and conditions) of the Website and Service. In this Privacy Policy, the Rules of the Road are referred to as the "Terms."
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us.
Customers may be required to register in order to purchase MemoryHub products and services. Such customers will be required to provide contact information (such as name, mailing address, telephone number(s), and email address) and payment information (such as credit card or checking account information). We use this information to maintain contact with MemoryManagers and customers, and to process their orders.
In order to become an Independent MemoryManager, an applicant must provide biographical and contact information (such as name, mailing address, telephone numbers, and email address) to us. We also require Independent MemoryManager applicant’s Social Security Number or Federal Tax ID Number so that we may prepare and file necessary non-employee compensation forms for the IRS.
"Personal Information" is any of your personally identifiable information that we may collect from you including your name, date of birth, shipping address, billing address, email address, telephone number, social security number or other taxpayer identification number, and credit card payment information. Except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy, when you are merely viewing the Website, we do not collect any Personal Information from you. However, when you register with MemoryHub, you establish a password-protected personal account for watching, sharing, organizing, editing and storing your Submissions, as well as for using our other services. In order to establish your MemoryHub account, we will need your name, e-mail address and password.
The password will allow you access to your private, personal account; therefore, it needs to be as secure as possible. A good password includes seemingly random letters and numbers, isn’t obvious (such as names of a pet, child or spouse), and is sufficiently long (we require at least 6 characters).
You can update your account information and change your password at any time. You will find this on your personal account home page. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the "Forgot Password" link from any login screen.
When you order MemoryHub products or services, we will need your billing name and address, as well as the credit card number, expiration date, and security code; and when you order something that needs to be delivered, we will also need your shipping address.
Testimonials are used to show the benefits of certain products and services that MemoryHub offers its customers. In the event that we wish to use a testimonial containing Personal Information, we will not post any such testimonial unless and until you give us your permission in writing or by email.
Any contact with our Customer Service team or communication from you, such as chat, telephone or e-mails, may be recorded to help us provide better service.
